Please note that we do not provide legal advice. We also do not provide individualised, company-specific information.
Our support hotline always shares general information. We are not allowed to provide information on matters that lie outside our statutory remit. This includes questions about
- waste management in practice, in particular for transport packaging,
- how to submit applications pursuant to the Verpackungsgesetz (Packaging Act) that result in an administrative act,
- ongoing proceedings at the ZSVR or the status of proceedings at other government authorities.
We are not allowed to fulfil your obligations under German packaging law for you. That is why we cannot register you in the LUCID Packaging Register or terminate your registration for you. We are also unable to file a packaging volume report in your name, fulfilling your data reporting obligation for you.
