Using the LUCID Packaging Register
Browser settings
The LUCID Packaging Register explicitly supports the following browsers: Google Chrome, Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox. Using a different browser, e.g. Safari, might create problems and the LUCID Packaging Register might not work properly.
Please make sure that you have the latest version of your browser. If you are using an older version, please update.
In your browser settings, please enable cookies and the programming language JavaScript.
Internal settings
Try doing what you wanted to do with a different browser. Check your browser settings.
Switch your browser to incognito or private mode and try again.
Use a different device to access the LUCID Packaging Register. If possible, also use a different network.
If these steps do not solve your problem, please call the ZSVR's support hotline.
E-mail delivery
Various actions in the LUCID Packaging Register will trigger a verification link being sent to you by e-mail, for example when you are creating a login or would like to change your password. Please make sure that you are able to receive this e-mail. If you cannot receive this e-mail, you will not be able to verify the action.
Whitelist
Company security settings can prevent ZSVR e-mails from being delivered to you or cause a considerable delay. To prevent this, please add the following data to your whitelist:
IP: 62.138.90.222 (s01.email.verpackungsregister.org)
IP: 62.138.90.248 (s02.email.verpackungsregister.org)
E-mail alias: no-reply(at)email.verpackungsregister.org
ZSVR e-mails may also be sent via the mail server mx.verpackungsregister.org. If you have any questions about how to whitelist these servers, please consult with your IT department or IT service provider.
The first thing to do is to check your spam or junk folder. If you have set up your e-mail account so that certain e-mails are automatically moved to specific folders, please also check those folders. Please also use the search function in the folder containing all received e-mails: search for the term 'packaging register'.
If you use spam filter software, please log in directly to this software and check whether the e-mail was held back there.
If you have e-mails forwarded from another account or website, please check if this automatic forwarding works properly: log in to the e-mail account that you used to create your LUCID Packaging Register login. Check this inbox and any folders for the e-mail you are missing.
Depending on your IT setup and your e-mail provider, e-mails may be delayed or may require internal approval before being delivered. If you cannot find the e-mail in your inbox, please ask in your company if the e-mail might have to be approved by an administrator.
